Prevention of Gender-Based Discrimination and Violence (GBV)
Prevention of gender-based violence (GBV) and discrimination is a key aspect of BILIM’s Gender equality plan. We aim to prevent discrimination and violence on the bases of gender with all its complexity and nuances in BILIM community. Our understanding is informed by thoroughly assessing cultural, social, economic, political, and legal factors that, directly or indirectly, perpetuate discrimination and violence against female employees of BILIM.
